Best Price Guarantee: Roomscity guarantees to match the rate or provide you with a full refund if, within 24 hours of making a reservation request, you find an "identical offer" online on another website which is lower in price than the price advertised on this Website. This Best Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

Notifying Roomscity of a Claim: Roomscity must be contacted about the lower rate within 24 hours of you making a reservation request and at least 96 hours prior to your arrival date. Any claim submitted less than 96 hours prior to your arrival date will be disqualified.

Verifying the Claim: To make a claim, you must provide evidence to verify the cheaper rate to the satisfaction of Roomscity including, but not limited to, the link to the relevant website. A customer care representative will visit the relevant website to verify the cheaper rate. Screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower fare that cannot be independently confirmed by Roomscity personnel will not be accepted. Roomscity will also not verify any claim if it believes, in its sole discretion, to be the result of error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Roomscity, at its sole discretion, will decide whether you have a valid claim under the Guarantee and will, as soon as possible, inform you whether your claim under the Guarantee is valid.

Identical Offer: The Best Price Guarantee is available only for identical offers. An "identical offer" means an offer which, aside from price, is identical is all respect, such that it can be accessed and booked by the public for the same hotel, same room type, same package and inclusions, same applicable taxes, on the same date(s), for the same number of guests, with the same terms of payment and cancellation policy.

Comparison Rate Must Be Available to the General Public: To qualify under the Best Price Guarantee, the lower price must be advertised and displayed on a Website that is accessible and available to the general public. For example, the Best Price Guarantee is not valid for group, corporate, and/or any other discounted or negotiated rates, rates offered on membership program, rates obtained via auction or similar process, rates available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. In addition, the lower rate may not come from a Web site where you were required to call in to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be displayed on a Web site that is accessible to the general public.

Changes: Roomscity.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.

Exclusions: The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to or include: (i) special events and other major city-specific events and festivals; (ii) websites or rates that "package" travel, entertainment, hotel, and/or food components or similar packages; (iii) websites or rates where the hotel brand and the specific hotel are not know until reservation is made.
